Wheatfield's Annual Sandhill Crane Festival is held on the 3rd Saturday of each September.
We continue to grow the festival each year and now host 3 days of events. Friday night sees live music in the park with a beer garden, followed by the all-day festival and car show in downtown Wheatfield on Saturday. The weekend festivities end with a Poker Run on Sunday hosted by the American Legion Riders.

Our downtown festival is located around Centennial Park in Wheatfield, Indiana. We have 15 food vendor, over 40 craft, product and informational vendors, Dj & live music, pony rides, bounce house, kids games and over 150 show cars will line the streets.
Car Show Registration starts at 9am and ends at 11am.
Show cars should enter from State Rd 49 onto Grove Street, follow the yellow signs.
Attendees may park at the Elementary School and any other available public parking areas. Handicap parking is available on Grove Street.

The registration for the Run will start at 10am at the Wheatfield American Legion.
Bikes & Cars welcome, $20 single rider, $30 couples, $20 car.
The tentative route is Kniman Rusty Spoon Saloon to Roselawn American Legion to Miracles in Thayer to Lighthouse in Hebron to Baums Bridge to L.J.s in Wheatfield to Hoosier Lanes and ending back at the Wheatfield American Legion.
